Furniture appears to mostly be in the 1:12 scale though perhaps not all. There is a cast iron stove, porcelain bath and sink, a few plastic lamps, and much more. Furniture is in good played with condition. One gumball machine comes new in box. A few items may need to be reglued, cleaned, or repaired.
