Description: Vintage 90s Scott McClintock Black & Gold Halter Evening Gown sz 10/12 This beautiful Scott McClintock gown from the '90s is perfect for your next soiree! It features a velvet halter style bodice that fastens with two buttons in the back neck. There's also a zipper in back that extends from the bodice down into the skirt. The skirt is made from an acetate with gold metallic brocade. The bodice is fully lined and the skirt is quite full. Note that we have photographed it with one of our petticoats under the skirt so that you can see its fullness however, the petticoat is not included. Regarding condition, the velvet bodice is a black with red undertones and the strap / neck area has lightened some so that the red undertones are more obvious. It makes the top look slightly ombre as the red tones very subtly fade into the darker tones. It doesn't look bad (we even questioned at first if it was intentional). The rest of the gown looks sensational. It's very wearable as is. Original size was 14. It fits like a contemporary size 10/12.
