Vtg 12" Original Shirley Temple Doll DRESS Cotton Orange Pear Gift Box Piece 60s

Description: Vintage 1960's Cotton Doll Dress Original Gift Box Piece Shirley Temple 12" Doll Dress Pictured on Vogue Jill Torso (I thought it was her dress but was kindly informed by an ebay'er that this dress is an original Shirley Temple and then I found it in my book :) Comes with 4 original white dot starlet snaps (some wear on white paint) : Front Collar Flap (Orange Piece with Two Snaps and Crocheted Lace) matches the skirt hem piece. The middle torso section is white with a yellow and orange pear print on tree branches. There is a dark spot on the front hem of the skirt (see pic). The back of the dress closes with two more dot starlet snaps in white. All four have some paint wear but are in good working condition. The side seams at the waist need some stitches as the dress has a few coming loose. I have it pictured on a Vogue Jill torso and noticed it was a bit big around the waist. Now I know why .. because it fits a 12" Ideal Shirley Temple doll. There are no other pieces // no hat, shoes, slips, doll, etc : This listing is just for the single dress. Measures to be 5.5" from the shoulder seam to the hem of the skirt. Waist is around 2.5" across (not diameter) ~ Skirt from waist to hem is 3.5" long.
