Delicate hand painted orange poppies with other blue and yellow buds cover the top and accented with three sparkling light blue crystals. The lid is edged with gold tone metal and is hinged to the box. There are no cracks or breaks. All parts in very good working condition. Small tarnish on the bottom (not noticeable unless you look closely). Original foil sticker at the bottom, "Imported by Art Mark, Made in Italy." This box can be used to keep trinkets, hairpins or hat pins, as a sewing kit, a clutch purse and more.
