Description: Original genuine rare vintage custom painted Triumph motorcycle gas tank originally this tank was correct for 1973-1974 T100 500 but will fit perfectly all 500 machines 1967 to 1974. As seen has custom paint job with beautiful gold leaf triumph logo and nice old vintage color scheme done by in tiny writing John brown and Doug Livingstone, the paint is old but still very very bright some dings and chips as seen. The tank itself as you can see is in very good condition with no dents or big damage - would be perfect for a chopper bobber desert sled or superb core for a restoration., the paint is as seen below very very good but not perfect. Overall this is a great looking and rare original Triumph Petrol tank. Will fit all 1967 1968 1969 1970 1971 1972 1973 and 1974 Triumph big twin frames and can also be used as a custom tank. Inside is very clean no rust as all. Please be aware Inflation has hit us sellers hard, packing materials, gas, cost of goods, postage has gone through the roof, as are eBays fees.
