Description: Thorens Vintage turntable TD 105 For Parts Or Repair Only Simi Tested Read 1st. Used in good condition with some minor cosmetic blemishes associated with normal usage and time. The cover has some scratches and scuff marks in different areas. The unit is sold as is for parts or repairs only so I will describe exactly what I see ! The power supply (not included) is not the correct one. I was able to get both the speeds to engage and rotate the plate. I was able to select between 33 & 45 No needle however by connecting to a receiver and tapping onto the arm and the wire @ the needle head, I was able to generate some sound. The 1st few times when I pressed stop the Table did. It’s not doing anymore. The arm does rise and drop by engaging the lever. The player would stop when you manually move the arm back. No power supply. Belt may need replacing can’t tell. Cosmetically the unit looks good and the functionality part has been addressed. If you’re intensions are to plug, then this will not be the item for you. This is more suitable for someone with a working knowledge and the ability to refurbish this item.
