The camera screen has only the very slightest of marks on it, and this is only where the anti-reflective surface has worn slightly. There are no scratches or scuffs, and you don't notice it at all when the camera is on. See the details in the images.This is a WI-FI and touchscreen camera which is only a feature on the top NEX models. The W-FI allows the camera to wirelessly connect to other devices to instantly view the images without the need for wires or card readers. Two batteries are included (one Sony) and a compact USB charger. Very low shutter count of 3,895. (Anything under 10,000 is considered as very low) Firmware is up to date. It works perfectly (as expected) and comes with everything seen in the images including a genuine "Sony" bag, 16gb SD card which can hold over 2,500 full res JPEG images and a USB SD Card Reader. About my cameras: I am a small seller specialising in these impressive little Sony NEX cameras. I am a keen hobbyist photographer owning two myself, and have learned a few things. One thing in particular is knowing how to replace the original display screen surface which gets easily scratched and seriously marked during its life making them look ugly. In my experience this happens to varying degrees of "spectacularity" on ALL of these Sony cameras. I have yet to come across one that hasn't got any unsightly annoying marks or blotches on the screen, and it can sometimes be impossible to spot these on some eBay listing images. This isn't caused by abusive wear and tear, but is an inherent weakness on all of these Sony screens when they are new, and even the oils from the skin on your fingers eat away at the surface and cause ugly blotches. It is impossible to clean these marks off as they are embedded, and trying to clean or polish them just makes things worse. I actually have to remove the surface layer of the screen (which is the top layer of a sandwich of two layers on top of the actual LCD, and is quite delicate work requiring good diligence) and replace it with a tempered glass surface which is totally durable compared to the original screen surface making the screen crystal clear again, and this will then last forever. You can't tell, and when this is done, they look and feel as good as new - if not better in my opinion - and you will never have to fear marks or scratches again. So, when I describe a camera screen as "Immaculate", then it truly is. It is unlikely that you will find any cleaner Sony NEX cameras on eBay. This operation cannot be done with touchscreens as they are different. My cameras also get a full function check and clean to make them look as close to "new" as possible. This is also unlikely to ever happen, but in the event that you are not totally happy with your purchase for whatever reason, then I do offer a full standard eBay return policy for peace of mind.
