Only solid metals-- “pure copper, jeweler's brass (an alloy containing approximately 85% pure copper and 15% zinc) and German silver (an alloy of 65% pure copper mixed with zinc and nickel)” are used to make the bracelets and they are “finished with an organic lacquer to preserve their luster” (quotes are from the Sergio Lub website). The metal measures about 6-1/4 inches around and 1/4 inch wide; it can be slightly adjusted (the information at Lub's website suggests that the gap around the wrist should be approximately 1 inch wide”, it weighs grams, and it is in very good, gently used condition.
