(Great for renters) Light covers and Outlet covers are hand decorated .Materials used are plastic, paper and vinyl.Plates are plastic with custom printed decal. The flat surface of the plate is decorated. Which leaves a nice white border effect around the picture, ( Like Framed Art)This way it doesn't have to compete with your wall color. Each plate has a vinyl protective covering over picture making it very durable. Can be cleaned with damp cloth. Please note: Not all plate covers may not have all the screws due to picture placement. They will still secure to wall.
