Description: NOS! Set of 2 Vintage Matching Brass Plated Steel Transom Catches This listing is for a set of two (2) vintage Brass Transom Catches with an Distressed Brass Finish over steel. The new old stock is in very good, unused condition with surface scratches, discoloration, and blemishes consistent with age and loose storage. The cast cases measure approximately 2 1/8” by 1 1/2” and are ½” thick. The ring has 15/16” OD and a 3/8” ID for use with pole hooks. The spring latch has a nice, smooth action. The set of 2 quality vintage transom locks does not include the strike or screws. A nice quality set of American-style transom catches. Attention Antique & Vintage Window Restorers!
