All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous Sheffield steel blades.This is a vintage set of cutlery with the normal signs of use. It has recently been polished so is clean and ready to use. The wooden box is the original individually racked case and does have a few marks but as per the photos has done a great job protecting its contents and comes with a working lock & key. Checking through the set I note that one of the fish knives is in a different pattern but is from the same period and quality. I have also added a photo of this design in one of my collection of brochures to give some further information about this pattern this picture / brochure is not included in the sale.
