The Crane arm appears to be broken at the Joint and the Wires fastened together with a wire to keep them in place. The Crane hook string looks to be replaced all together. The crane Wheel on the back that makes the crane go up and down do work. The Crane wheel on the side functions but the Crane hook only works well when pulling it back up.
