This vintage coat is a true gem that is a super rare find. This coat is in excellent condition considering its history. After examining the garment very thoroughly, the only flaws I could see are:one of the buttons needs to be sewn back on, a small tear in the collar, and some loose threading in the lining, all is photographed. *Coat was measured while being worn* Chest- 32-36.5"Waist- Across the front is 17" or around is 31"Top of shoulder (with collar) to hem- 42.5"Shoulder to shoulder (across back) - 20.5" Arm length- 22" from the outside shoulder to the bottom of the cuff.
