Description: THIS LISTING IS FOR A CUSTOM CAR Up for sale is one Hot Wheels car that has been opened, customized, and put back in factory packaging. This listing is for a '07 Chevy Tahoe. Car was stripped and painted white. Then given Chicago Police Department waterslide decals and clear coated. Car was opened up and tapped, and has been shut with hot glue - this car is plastic and the base is metal, so the reverse of a normal Hot Wheel. The plastic factory wheels have been swapped out for grey 4-spoke wheels, with real rubber tires. Item has been placed back in original factory packaging, and re-sealed. Car rolls as it should, but is for the adult collector and for display only. Not to be used on Hot Wheels track. Item in photo is exact item for sale. Item will be shipped safely in a box.
