Cleaning: These are easily cleaned with warm water and mild dish soap. You can put them in the dishwasher as long as the tempeture doesn't exceed 160F degrees. In our example photos you can see that we put spaghetti with red sauce into the dividers so you know it was going to have that red staining you've probably seen on household plastic storage containers. We use these for a commercial business so we clean ours with a 10 minute soak in warm water and dish soap, light scrubby brush, rinse, and back in a full sink of warm water with 4oz of no-splash bleach as a sanitizing solution for 5 minutes. Then we air dry them on paper towels. The whole process was less than 5 minutes of actual hands-on time and they were cleaned, sanitized, and bright white again.
