The Decal comes in either White or Black Color. USPS charges a "Shipping Package Rate" for all Items over 14.95" inches in length. Once "We" deliver the artwork to the USPS for shipping, the delivery is between you and your Post Office, for the delivery is out of our control UNLESS you purchase a Tracking Number. Once we ship the decal at the United States Postal Service (USPS), we have fulfilled our obligation to the customer and we are not responsible for shipping delays unless you purchase a tracking number.
