This was our personal item. It is a really nice bidet. When it's freezing outside this thing is a blessing with its heated seat!! We would still be using it right now but our grandchild stood on the seat to access the bathroom cabinet above the toilet and cracked/broke/ fractured the seat. It is still very usable seat. They are not made to be stood on by anybody. We still continued to use this for at least 1-2 yrs after it happened without any issues. We just happen to come across an almost identical bidet and got it dirt cheap se we bought it and replaced it. We put this bidet in our new bidet box. Do your buying Brondell Swash 900 but it's shipping in a Brondell 300 box. WRONG BOX we will also send our #300 instruction manual. Comes with everything you see and should hook up in minutes.
