It is new and has not been removed from the original packaging. I think it is probably made out of resin. It measures about 2 1/4 inches tall and about 3 inches wide from side to side, and about 1 1/2 inches wide from front to back. It is a bench which has a wrapping of garland around the back and a wrapped Christmas gift sitting on the bench seat.. This is a decorative item and is not meant to be a toy for children.
