Description: Up for sale is this American Antique Sterling Aesthetic Movement Tea Infuser by Webster of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, founded in 1869 by George K. Webster. "No Monogram". It measures 6 1/2 inches long. The bowl measures 2 1/8 inches long x 1 1/4 inches wide. It reads, "STERLING HANDLE" so I assume only the handle is sterling. The bowl must be sterling plated and it shows some wear. It is very old. The company was originally called G.K. Webster & Co.. Webster personally oversaw the production process, which included flatware, napkin rings, Tea Infusers, Tea Strainers, candlesticks, thimbles etc. The company's sterling silver is identifiable by the Webster hallmark, which is the letter W with a feathered arrow through its center. I haven't polished it as you can see. I also have another sterling strainer infuser spoon up and a Sterling George W. Shiebler tea strainer up now. Will combine for shipping if you buy more than one. No shipping to China. SEE PHOTOS. ASK QUESTIONS. PLEASE CHECK BELOW THE DESCRIPTION IN CASE I DO AN ADD ON THAT MIGHT CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT BIDDING ON THE ITEM. NO RESERVE! SHIPPING WILL BE ACTUAL COST. CHECK MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR MORE BOOKS, COLLECTIBLES, ANTIQUES AND UNIQUE ITEMS ETC. SOME ITEMS ARE LISTED AND MORE TO COME.
