Description: This listing is for an antique Buffalo Lithia Water Bottle. This is a nice old aqua colored glass bottle that reads: Buffalo Lithia Water Natures Materia Medica, This bottle measures approximately 10" tall x 4.5" in diameter. This bottle is shown in the 1971 book titled: The Collector's Book of Bottles by Marian Klamkin, pg. 144. The book does not provide the date this bottle was made, but they were produced from the late 1800's through the 1950's. Based on the bottom mark this appears to be a very early bottle. The later versions had raised letters and numbers. It it also shorter by at least an inch than the later versions.__________________________ Please view the pictures/scans.
