Description: Offered is this amazing antique Majolica oyster plate. Made by Griffen, Smith and Hill in the late 1800's. It features five leafy wells for oysters and a brown center well for lemon. It is well marked on the back with the early makers mark impressed in the clay. It measures 9 inches wide. It is in excellent antique condition with some light wear on the rim and high points which is normal for age, see photos. A great addition to your collection.
