Description: This is a gorgeous 2.11 GIA Certified Old European Cut Diamond placed in an antique Otsby Barton Belcher Setting from 1879. This ring reminds me of the old Barbie dolls with the huge round engagement ring. I love that there is flourescence in the diamond. It’s a bit of a chameleon in that in some lights the diamond has a greenish tinge, in others yellow, and in others white. Since it is a U diamond there is a yellow tinge that is quite beautiful. Hard to find a quality authentic GIA earth mined diamond for over 2 carats for this price. The diamond was placed in an authentic Otsby Barton Belcher prototype. It sits low profile on the hand which makes it quite easy to wear. This is a unique, gorgeous ring that makes a statement.
