Description: This item is an EcoTech Marine MP40 Anemone Guard. The guard can help protect anemones from being pulled into power heads and features several holes on the side that are 3mm in size. This item is printed out of black PETG and is deemed safe for reef tank aquarium use. I can also print in other colors, but would advise against it due to the fact that detritus stands out much easier when it is not printed in black. Note: If you would still prefer a different color, please leave it in the order comments and I will print it out of a color of your choice. Important: When you add an anemone guard to your MP40 pump, maintenance of the wetside assembly will need to be performed more frequently. The 3mm wholes may get clogged up and prevent the power head from pulling in water. I recommend cleaning the wetside assembly weekly, but this maintenance can also vary by aquarium size and amount of livestock inside of the tank. --Assembly Instructions-- 1.
