2008 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV 425 HP 4 Slides ( Rebuilt Title )

Description: https://youtu.be/rvl-kA6qt84 https://youtu.be/j7RotPrRzic video of inside and outside of the coach. This is our 2008 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV. We have owned it for over two years and have put on close to 20,000 miles on it since we purchased it. We have had it professionally serviced over the past few years. Mostly we used the coach in the winter months from December to April. Last year we spent most of the time in Yuma, AZ. I also have a 2015 Chev Tahoe that I tow with the coach that is also for sale. Would like to sell the two as a set. The purchase would include the tow system, braking system which costs about $4,000.00 to set up separately. I just recently serviced the AC units (3) and also serviced the Aqua Hot System with new filters and fluid change. All systems on this coach are working normally. Please refer to the spec sheets for information on the features and systems. Last Winter I had all of the slide covers replaced by Shade Pro in Yuma in April 2024. The coach runs excellently and I have upgraded the system display screens in both front and back. My medical status is starting to become suspect and I'm not sure how much travelling I can do in the future. We purchased this coach with about 77,000 miles on it and it now has 94,000 miles. ( Adding to it as we are still driving it so it may be slightly higher) We have had the transmission serviced once since we have owned it , ( Oil and Filters) and as I said regular oil changes and some brake work ( Drums) as well as wheel seal repair, The Onan 10,000 Watt generator runs great and can be started from the front, inside drivers area as well as bedroom. I just last month added two new Solar Panels that are about 395 Watts. The coach has a dual solar controller that charges house and coach batteries separately and is controlled to charge as the batteries need charging. All new batteries were installed 20 months ago. This coach has 2 Coach Batteries and 8 House Batteries. It has a 2800 Watt Magnum Sine Invertor. The 10,000 Watt Generator runs great, I put a new starter in it last year. It has 1780 hours on the generator. The roof is in excellent condition and there are no leaks anywhere. When we purchased this coach it was involved in an accident. We had that damage professionally repaired and the coach looks in excellent condition and runs and drives great. The thing I really like is the power to pull my 5600 lb Tahoe up any hill. The two position Jacobs Engine Brakes are so efficient I have to run them in low to get down a hill. I almost never touch the brakes going down hill when travelling when I use the Engine Brakes. I have this coach registered to my holding company and it comes with a lifetime registration. So if you like I can transfer the holding company to you for an additional dollar and you can continue the operation of the coach without reregistering it or paying sales tax again. Tires are a mix 1. Tag axle DOT OOK BCCBL3 1222 , Iron Man Brand2. Drive Axle DOT HEEA CM8X 3318 , Michelin , 3. Steering Axle, DOT A387 KY9M 1820, Continental . Steering and drive axle are 295/80 R 22.5 and the Tag axle Tires are 295/75R 22.5 All are in Very good condition."Why The Rebuilt Title" Here is what I understand to be the situation. The coach was involved in some kind of accident in the winter of 2021. The Coach either was clipped by a passing vehicle or slide off the road and entered the ditch. Staying upright at all times. That incident caused damage to the drivers side mirror, side window and cracked the front corner of the windshield. It also caused damage to the lower drivers side fiberglass front corner below the headlight. Then I understand a tow truck was called and hooked on to the coach and pulled it back onto the roadway. In doing so it pulled the coach too close to the guard rails and scrapped the side of the coach on the drivers side. See the enclosed pictures, where you can see the scrap marks on the bin doors and the rear corner. Because of this additional surface damage the Insurance Company paid out the owner for the RV. I purchased the coach at an auction with the intention of repairing it to like new condition. I was unaware that the title was branded as Rebuilt. The coach was written off and then inspected in Montana and returned to roadworthy status as rebuilt. To my knowledge no actual repairs were made prior to the renewal as a rebuilt title as there was only cosmetic damage and nothing structurally damaged when the coach slid off the road. I had the coach completely inspected when I purchased it and then again last year when I changed Insurance carriers. Each time the coach passed the safety inspection with minor repairs. New Rear brake drums, some exhaust clamps, light bulb replacements. I purchased the coach in Weatherford Texas and drove it to Dallas where a new windshield was installed. I also added a temp mirror on the drivers side to be able to drive the coach back home. The windshield was $2,225.00 wholesale and I had it installed at ADVANCED AUTO GLASS , In Fort Worth. Installation was $1,600.00 . I have a home in Edmonton, Canada as well as in the USA. We brought the coach to Canada where I had the coach repaired at a Element Autowork's in Leduc Alberta. This repair was for the front of the coach and the side under the drivers window. Also the rear corner of the coach on the drivers side. I also purchased a new mirror assembly with camera included. $1,500.00 . Please see the enclosed pictures of the damage that was present when I purchased the coach. The next season I removed all the cargo doors and replaced the outer skins and had them repainted to match the coach. The company did an excellent job. The skins and doors cost me about 3,000.00 to recondition the cargo doors. I do not know why the Insurance company salvaged the unit as the damage was not significant. Coaches like this are listed for over 135,000 with clear titles in the same condition. The features in this coach are almost too many to list. It is truly a beautiful machine. I just drove it from the house in Edmonton back to Reno which is over 1400 miles without a bit of problems. It is truly a solid coach with many extra features like, tire pressure monitors, Steering stabilizer system, 2 position engine brakes, Aqua hot system has been maintained including new circulation pumps and I just flushed and serviced the Aqua Hot System. I also just replaced the fuel filters and cleaned and serviced the 3 roof air conditioners. I replaced one of the A/C covers that was cracked and getting brittle. The other two were previously replaced. As you can see in the pictures the coach has window coverings that are see through from inside for long term parking and camping. Also there are tire curtains for the tires for parking in the sun like we did in Yuma AZ. This coach has a central Vac system, 4 heating zones, and internal temperature monitoring system for all zones including the water system compartments down below. It has a two burner propane stove and a Convection Microwave that works great. Wonderful sound system and cabinet audio system for the whole coach. It has a digital antenna that can be raised for OTA TV. It has front, rear and side cameras and I have a video recording system that I have not installed yet in the coach. It also comes with a remote self searching satellite TV system and two receivers. The front and rear TV's are retrofitted as smart TVS with the Amazon fire stick 4K receivers. The coach gets between 6.5 and 9 MPG depending on how hard you push it down the road. These stats are while pulling my nearly 6,000 lb Chev Tahoe. The coach has great power for passing and pulling hills and has never overheated when pulling long grades. The 6 speed automatic transmission shifts as needed to control power up and down grades. With the use of the very strong engine brakes I almost never touch the brakes going down grades. This has calmed the fears of my wife who doesn't like windy down hill roads. Every one of the coaches systems work except the ice maker in the oversized residential fridge. ( Water Line is damaged). The Drivers A/C works when charged but only for a couple of days and then it looses its charge. Leak somewhere, I think it may be in the evaporator coil on the side of the coach. No Water LEAKS, Slides work great, has thermostatically controlled fantastic fans in ceilings including the bathroom. There is a desk unit that sets up from under the master bed. Large closets and many drawers for storage. I have the manuals that came new with the coach. Also Digital diagrams of all the systems on the coach. I have nothing to hide and I am into the coach for a reasonable amount and I'm just looking to recapture my investment. I have worked out some of the bugs that were present when I purchased the coach including replacing the smart wheel module controller. You will feel proud and confident that you own this coach as we have for the past few years. We received nothing but compliments on the coaches condition and beautiful full body paint . This coach sold in 2008 for over 450,000.00 USD. As I said I also have a 2015 Chev Tahoe for sale that is set up to be pulled behind the coach. The towing and brake system will be sold with the Tahoe or for a separate amount if the RV buyer wants to buy them as a set. Its totally up to you if you want a great package deal. This coach has many years of dependable and enjoyable miles left to run . This coach DOES NOT USE DEF. it is pre DEF and has been a joy to run down the road. What needs to be fixed : I replaced the step controller and motor last winter, but this week I tried to open up the step too close to the curb and now it is giving me a little problem. Ill look at that issue. A leak test needs to be done on the driver A/C. The shore power cord has some tape on the outside of the cord and the power cord reel sometimes has a hard time retracting the cord. I sometimes have to help it in, but I bought a 50 AMP extension cord and so I just plug it in and leave most of the cord retracted. I replaced some tiles in the kitchen across from the fridge. The other tiles were cracking and it looks really good but I got them a little high from the grout and so they are not perfect. I think that's it...I would drive the coach anywhere as it is very dependable. Especially not having to deal with a DEF system. Historically this is one of the finest coached Monaco ever built. Its right in the sweet spot between 2006-2008. Check out the You Tube link for a professional analysis of this year and model. To all of you that contacted me on Facebook Marketplace thank you it was overwhelming and this is the only way I felt I could list the coach properly.
