Once charged, they will be 4.20 volts. We are an authorized Nitecore distributor. These are Nitecores newest battery and the PCB chip is located just under the button top. Button tops with the holes in the button top are the older version. These are the 2017 version with no holes in the button top. Typically the PCB chip is located on the bottom end of the battery. Please note that these are not the 3.0 volt batteries. The "R" in RCR just means rechargeable.
