Description: Very nice 1950’s crinoline and cotton Hoops My Dear petticoat. It says size 14. Waist is 24”. The condition is consistent with ages. There are a couple of pin holes in the crinoline and there is a 2” section where the organza crinoline meets the yoke waist that the seam needs to be repaired. Petticoat is 37” in length.
