Once you get the size in millimeters, add 2.0mm, and that will give you approximately the size of the hoops to purchase for a snug fit. If you like regular ones fit with space, then keep adding millimeters until you get the desired size. However, measurement is not always 100% accurate. We suggest you buy 3 or more different sizes to try them on. It is recommended that someone else assists you in putting on the endless hoops as we know that these hoops can be difficult to initially put in, but once they are, they do not go anywhere. The easiest way to apply hoops is to hook the post to your ears from back-to-front. That way you can easily see where the solid post goes into the hoop. DO: Twist North to South to open, which keeps them in line with each other and makes it easier to get a tight closure. DO NOT: Pull side way East to West.
